Check-in instructions will be emailed or messaged via text message (or app) the day of the arrival. Early check-ins at 2 pm are available at time of booking only. Additional cost of $50.00.

Check-out instructions are provided via text and the estate welcome book.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS

Upon making a reservation, a 50% deposit, including applicable fees and taxes, is required to confirm all reservations. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The rates do not include the cleaning fee and 13% hotel occupancy tax.

CHILDREN & PETS

The Bingham Estate has a very strict policy on children and pets on property. Due to our historic designation, our guests must be 25 years old or older. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. You will be asked to leave without refund if this policy is broken.

SMOKING POLICY

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ESTATE (Indoors and outdoors). Those choosing to disregard our policy will be asked to leave without refund, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit or charge card on file, as well as an extra night's charges, if necessary, in order to air the room to make it acceptable for incoming guests.

CANCELLATIONS

Standard Reservations: Should you have to change or cancel your reservation for any reason, we require at least 30 days advance notice. With the proper notice, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 credit card processing fee per cottage/main house.

For reservations canceled within 30 days of your reserved arrival date, you will be charged for the full amount of the reserved stay.

Due to our limited spaces, cancellations affect us significantly, we do not over-book, as large hotels do. We must enforce our cancellation policy.

If you are worried about having to cancel for any reason, we recommend you purchase travel insurance through a third party for your own financial protection.

Full Estate Reservations: Should you have to change or cancel your full estate booking, we require a 90- day notice to receive a 100% refund, less a $50 credit card processing fee per cottage/main house. Cancellation between 30-90 days is at the discretion of management.

For full estate reservations canceled within 30 days of your reserved arrival date, you will be charged for the full amount of the reserved stay.

POOL

Pool hours are 9:00 am-10:00 pm. Please wear appropriate swimwear while enjoying the pool. No glass in the pool area. Please be aware there are no lifeguards on duty. This is a swim at your own risk property.

The pool is of use to the full estate and all guests. Please do not bring décor or speakers to the pool.

The pool is open year around and is not heated. We do not have a hot tub.

QUIET HOURS

The Bingham Estate quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Please be respectful of other guests and our surrounding neighbors.

COMMON AREAS

Common areas are available to all guests. Please be respectful and maintain common areas as you found them.

ADA ACCESSIBILITY

This property is registered on the National Historic Registry. Accommodation for non-ambulatory persons is limited. All bedrooms in the historic main house are on the second floor with only stairs as access. The cottages are on ground level with a pea gravel path to entry.

POOL HOUSE (TEA ROOM) AND CARRIAGE HOUSE

The Bingham Estate is for use only for guests of the Estate. No unregistered guests are allowed on property unless pre-approved with management. The Pool House and Carriage House are separately secured and require reservation for use.

FURNITURE AND DECOR

Do not move furniture without permission. If approved, we will arrange and assist you in moving. The wood floors will scratch when furniture is moved incorrectly. You will be charged for repairs to the floors. Items missing from rooms will be charged to the credit card on file.

A minimum $500 fee will be assessed for room damage.

PARKING

Main House guests have parking on Christian Street. Each cottage has one garage parking spot and driveway spot directly behind it. No street parking is available for guests.

OUR MISSION. At the Bingham Estate, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information.

INFORMATION COLLECTION. Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at The Bingham Estate. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. The Bingham Estate does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.

We sometimes use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A "cookie" is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to.

SECURITY. At the Bingham Estate, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS. The Bingham Estate may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
