  • Are you a Hotel or a Rental House?

    Hotels generally offer standardized rooms with full-time staff, while short-term rentals provide an in-home setting but often lack consistency in design and guest support.

    As a luxury private estate, we are completely different than these traditional options! The Bingham Estate offers a curated and comfortable environment for a unique and elevated experience. We do not have full-time staff on site, but attentive assistance is available when needed, offering a balance between privacy and thoughtful care. The result is a stay that feels personal, intimate, and truly memorable.

  • Can I Bring My Children or Pets?

    The Bingham Estate has a very strict policy on children and pets on property. Due to our historic designation, our guests must be 25 years old or older. This helps ensures a peaceful and safe experience for all guests at the estate.

    Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. You will be asked to leave without refund if this policy is broken.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Standard Reservations: Cancellations or changes require 30 days’ notice for a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee per cottage/main house. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are charged the full stay.

    Because we have limited availability and do not overbook, we strictly enforce this policy. If you’re concerned about needing to cancel, we recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance.

    Full Estate Reservations: Full estate bookings require 90 days’ notice for a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee per cottage/main house. Cancellations 30–90 days prior to arrival are handled at management’s discretion. Cancellations within 30 days are charged the full stay.

  • What Amenities Do You Have?

    We offer thoughtfully curated amenities to make your stay both comfortable and memorable. Enjoy peaceful gathering areas, coffee machines, TVs, wet bars with mini-fridges, complimentary toiletries, and premium linens. All guests also receive free Wi-Fi. All guests have full access to our refreshing pool and pickleball court.

    Although we do not have staff on-site, our team is available to help arrange personalized experiences—such as private pilates sessions and tea parties—to enhance your stay.

  • When is Check-In & Check-Out?

    Check-in is at 4:00 pm and departure is at 11:00 am.

    Check-in instructions will be emailed and sent via text message on the day of arrival. Early check-ins at 2 pm are available at time of booking for an additional cost of $50.00.

    Check-out instructions are provided via text and the estate welcome book.

  • What If I Need Assistance During My Stay?

    Our team is available by text from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist with questions, recommendations, and any needs that may arise during your stay. Outside of those hours, we are reachable by phone for emergencies only.

    Each unit is stocked with an ample supply of linens and essential amenities for your comfort. If you require something beyond our standard offerings, additional items or services may be available for a convenience fee, and an after-hours surcharge may apply when applicable.
